Happy Halloween From Block!

10/25/11 4:54 PM

Did you ever wonder if it’s good to be good? Just look at Steve Jobs. This electronic genius dropped out of school, got fired from his own company, tripped LSD, and still became the hero of his generation (and of the planet) for creating wired wizardry.

And then there’s Amanda Knox. The Seattle native went to Italy to study and be a good girl and she ended up in an Italian prison accused of killing her roommate (we prefer gossip it’s a lot easier to keep under wraps). Now she’s a media darling and from what we hear she is being offered millions of dollars to write a book.

Then we got to thinking –is it good to be good or better to be bad?

That’s the weird part about sanity in this insane world – sometimes good is bad and bad is a matter of taste. If Charlie Sheen can come off looking like the good guy then good and bad are big parts of the interchangeable weirdness of life.

And guess what? Everyone on the planet is in also confused about whether to be good or bad. But it seems being bad will have the edge this Halloween. What will you be this Halloween?
